The customer experience on my recent purchase at the Sommercotes store was exceptional to say the least. Ella helped me with my search for 50 B Day banners balloons etc...although I didn't get all I wanted ( due to stock and logistical delivery issues which is beyond staff control) she went above n beyond - I purchased a foil B Day banners from Tesco and I went back to Ella to purchase the rest of the items and she even offered to blow up the banner and put together which was fab ( not even purchased at card factory ) I work in customer service myself and people are very quick to complain but lack speed in praising great customer service. Thank you Ella your a credit to your team at sommercotes card factory Alfreton. Highly recommended! Debbie

Debbie from Faversham Card Factory was an amazing help yesterday, she broached me when I was trying to decide on balloons for my girl who turned 16yrs today. When my daughter saw this in the morning she loved it and even herself mentioned she really loved the colours we chosen. Great customer service so glad she asked if I needed assistance. Thank you.

Not impressed with card factory... Ordered items from there one was a wine glass and I added a luxury gift box didn't receive the gift box customer service said it was the courier who hadn't delivered it... I stated how can it be the courier when it wasn't in the box with the other items... I think that person from customer services and the person packing my box needs more training!!! Not a happy customer!!!!

Had a fantastic experience at card factory Garforth Leeds 25, shop wasn’t too busy & really tidy but the girl on the till Sharon(blond) was so helpful encouraging people with half price special buys but not being too pushy & really helped me choose lots of things for my daughters 21st birthday, i bought quiet a few extra bits with her help she is a credit to your store....

I ordered 3 balloons to be delivered inflated, 2 were inflated, 1 arrived in the packet! Customer service were contacted by email. They offered to reimburse me for the inflation cost and suggested I take the balloon to another retailer to be inflated. How am I supposed to do that in lockdown to a retailer who didn’t sell me the balloon. They refused to send me another balloon. Terrible customer service when it is their mistake.

Utterly ridiculous!! Been trying to buy cards from them without any success. Registered and still found no way whatsoever to add anything to the basket. How absurd is this for goodness sake. Bet they don't sell many. Yes, I did allow cookies. Oh well. Off to somewhere else then.

I placed an order on 8th December for gifts and cards and have heard nothing. It is now too late for some of the items so trying to cancel but cannot get through on phone live chat and have now sent email which they will try and respond to in 48 hours! This is a high street store that has switched online but just doesn’t have logistics to cope. Will now try PayPal

My wife placed a order on the 2 Dec…Not arrived My wife placed a order on the 2 Dec 2020 over £22.00 and to date the 14 dec 2020 the cards have not arrived .There in a royal mail tracking number and since last week the order is said to be sitting in a hub of the post office collecting dust.The card factory repeat all i all ready know they dont care as they have had our money.The idea i placed a order is to receive it as need to write then be able to send the Xmas cards out by the 21 dec 2020.Contact with them is a nightmare on Facebook they repeat messages what i allready know ..This is there response Thank you for getting in touch with us regarding your delivery service. I can see your order was dispatched with RoyalMail24. Tracking no: nu891088491gb Due to the current climate RoyalMail24 is not a guaranteed next day service. This service is similar to Royal Mail 1st class and we ordinarily expect it to take 2-5 working days to arrive. You will receive a text or email from RoyalMail stating your delivery day and an estimated times. If this date or time does not suit you will be able to select either a different delivery day, a different address or ask for your item to be delivered to a local drop off point. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to get in touch. There disgusting they know Customers place orders and expect them to arrive not sit somewhere with no idea as to when they could turn up ...Untrustworthy unhelpful bunch of thieves dont use there online service

More than happy with customer service in your Newcastle Northumberland st branch, staff couldn't of been more helpful, went out of there way trying to locate a balloon that they believed to be out of stock

So disappointing, placed an order since for over a week now, yet to receive the items. Meanwhile the occasion has now passed. Customer service is also non-existent. Just terrible service delivery. Wonder how I can get a refund.

Ordered a non photo personalised 30th birthday card for my daughter on 5/11/20 order confirmation stated delivery by 11/11/20 her birthday is today and no card received ...very disappointed

I ordered 8 cards, 7 of which were delivered fine. The 8th one is still outstanding. I've contacted Customer Services 3x by email now and still awaiting a response. Order status online shows no information or tracking as to where this card is. Due to corona it is an excuse for not being able to Live Chat or telephone anyone in this company. They can deal with email but for some reason have lost the ability to use or divert phones or dial in for Live Chat. You have to email and wait for a reply, supposedly usually within 48 hours. I've been waiting about 11 days so far... do not buy from these people online. Terrible service.

terrible online service wont ever purchase from you again ordered large personslised card came small and another order took ages to come no one to speak to at customer service no one there no one answers your emails from card factory to sort it out get your act together

Sorry not impressed with new website. Some of my favourite cards are missing and I couldn't find what I was looking for. I don't want first class postage included in the personalised cards I may order. Found it difficult to narrow down the search to the category I required. Adding a card to my basket resulted in the search reverting back to everything. Time consuming and frustrating.

Ordered balloons before 12 on Thursday for next day delivery and got them on Monday 2 days after the birthday, they've now changed the website to say it takes up to 5 days for delivery, it didn't say that when I ordered them! £27 down the drain and no refund because they say they are perishable goods! Useless!
