They could not find the card I required but found me a children's book that I purchased. Top marks to both of them for wonderful customer service.”

“Ordered some cards and chocolates for my sons birthday. When the chocolates arrived I noticed they only had a couple of days before the use by date expired. I complained to the customer service department. I was told that the short date was advertised on the product description. I didnt see any information so asked for the product information to be sent to me. No information was available to send to me as the chocolates weren't available anymore but was assured that the short date was written on the description. (I have looked at several other product details and none contain any use by dates). So basically your word against mine. Feel a bit fobbed off to be honest. Won't be using again.”

Absolutely disgusting service! Cards haven’t arrived! Can’t get through on chat, I’ve emailed them to be ignored, I’ve opened a case on Paypal which again they’ve ignored. Disgraceful considering it’s near to Christmas and nobody can be bothered to email back.
I’ll be reporting them to my bank if this is not solved. Worst online card shop ever”
“I went to east kilbride card factory and was very pleasantly surprised they had sister ans sister in law cards. It is something not usually found. Only thing say is make kore space for prams as everyone looks and hates the person with the baby pram holding it

“The Managers are extremely high-handed. The Assisant Manager at Festival Park wasn't conciliatory and moreover, made new staff members feel unwelcome. She was nearly always hungover and blamed new staff for misunderstandings, when it wasn't their fault. She neither thanked nor appreciated staff members when they worked over, at short notice.
The Manager at Talke Pits made a new staff member leave Festival Park 'in tears,' after starting disciplinary proceedings against her, because he told her that she was an hour 'late' for work. She was due to arrive at 11.00am, according to her phone rota.
He either wanted to see her leave the company or, he fancied her. She had found him very watchful and bossy in a 'gentle but overbearing' way on the previous day.”
“I visited the store Parkway Sheffield to purchase balloons for my partners 70th birthday. The manager Laura was extremely helpful in helping me select balloons for the party on Wednesday 27 October. I collected the balloons on Saturday 30 -they were simply amazing !! Laura and her team are fantastic and I can honestly say that the customer service went over and above excellent. Laura and her team are a credit to the card factory -well done Laura and thank you”

Ella helped me with my search for 50 B Day banners balloons etc...although I didn't get all I wanted ( due to stock and logistical delivery issues which is beyond staff control) she went above n beyond - I purchased a foil B Day banners from Tesco and I went back to Ella to purchase the rest of the items and she even offered to blow up the banner and put together which was fab ( not even purchased at card factory )
I work in customer service myself and people are very quick to complain but lack speed in praising great customer service.
