Ordered a non photo personalised 30th birthday card for my daughter on 5/11/20 order confirmation stated delivery by 11/11/20 her birthday is today and no card received ...very disappointed

I ordered 8 cards, 7 of which were delivered fine. The 8th one is still outstanding. I've contacted Customer Services 3x by email now and still awaiting a response. Order status online shows no information or tracking as to where this card is. Due to corona it is an excuse for not being able to Live Chat or telephone anyone in this company. They can deal with email but for some reason have lost the ability to use or divert phones or dial in for Live Chat. You have to email and wait for a reply, supposedly usually within 48 hours. I've been waiting about 11 days so far... do not buy from these people online. Terrible service.

terrible online service wont ever purchase from you again ordered large personslised card came small and another order took ages to come no one to speak to at customer service no one there no one answers your emails from card factory to sort it out get your act together

Sorry not impressed with new website. Some of my favourite cards are missing and I couldn't find what I was looking for. I don't want first class postage included in the personalised cards I may order. Found it difficult to narrow down the search to the category I required. Adding a card to my basket resulted in the search reverting back to everything. Time consuming and frustrating.

Had to claim a refund back through PayPal for non-receipt of my order even though the company promised a refund on multiple occasions.

Ordered balloons before 12 on Thursday for next day delivery and got them on Monday 2 days after the birthday, they've now changed the website to say it takes up to 5 days for delivery, it didn't say that when I ordered them! £27 down the drain and no refund because they say they are perishable goods! Useless!

This company has made me very unhappy. An e-mail sent to me asked me to contact them, so far I have been unable to do so owing to the fact that their telephone just has a recorded message and each time I send and e-mail it can't be delivered because the address given by them is unknown. Please tell how to contact the company.

Delay to my balloon delivery but they didn't inform me about it. They are good at doing cards & thankfully she got her beautiful card well in time. I wouldn't get anything bigger than a card from them in the future or you risk being let down.

Even though we are quite tech-savvy for our age we still prefer to get actual cards for celebrations and went to our local Broadwalk shopping centre in Edgware to get two birthday cards for our twin granddaughters and were pleased enough with the selection and the staff service. Good prices too!

Felt i had to mention the excellent customer service i received from Dawn at the Caernarfon store. Happy, cheerful and nothing too much trouble. Also a long haired young lady on the shop floor (who's name i can't recall) was very helpful in helping me find a card i needed for a family occasion. Keep smiling ladies and Dawn, it's refreshing to see such a happy soul behind a till! Keep up the good work.

Didn't process my order due to a 'technical error' then didn't even both to email to tell me - told me a day AFTER my card was supposed to have been delivered - only after I reached out to them. Absolute joke of a service. So now my friends didn't get a card from me because they didn't bother to tell me they hadn't bothered to deliver it or process my order.

I visit the meadowhall store regularly. Never had a problem, great choice, friendly staff, and plenty tills open. 10 out of 10 every time.

I went to card factory at bentley bridge on July 27th 2019 there were 2 giresearch who were most helpful the couldn't do enough for their namessage were Nicky and Helen they are a credit to the company

Terrible service, paid £8.99 for Saturday delivery, clearly said on checkout would delivery the next Saturday....order changed to be a whole week later (after birthday) and therefore far later than standard delivery. Basically I paid £8.99 to delay my delivery and they wouldn't offer any refund.

Today, 3rd April, I was told in my local store at Exmouth, Devon, that Card Factory are not supplying small bags anymore when purchasing cards! I was offered a very large bag for 5p which was far too big! The assistant said it was because the small bags were made of plastic. In that case I suggest that you supply small brown paper bags. A greetings card and envelope needs a bag to keep them clean and away from other shopping that you may have.

Went to Bar hill CAMBRIDGE Branch on 23/2/19, and had the worse experience of going to a shop in my whole life. The staff need training on how to treat customers when things not go smoothly specially when it is their fault. Very disappointing experience.
