“A lady called Diane was a great help when I was having problems finding the right card for the birth of my friends grandson. Diane was so friendly and chatty which made me feel very welcome. I gave five stars as I feel this shop deserves it.”

“Went into one at cross hands in Carmarthenshire on 26 August whilst visiting some friends I was impressed brought 20 cards for £2 and a further 3 for nearer Xmas nice pleasant ladies who worked there”

“I was in there today 10/9/2023.I was served by someone called Leonie and greeted by her as well with a cheery smile and good morning. I myself have worked in customer services for over 15 years. I will remember her for one of the best moments for customer service. I hope she gets rewarded for her work and service. This is one of your new stores on the Walworth road in London.”

“WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH CARD FACTORY IS! I PLACED AN ORDER ON MONDAY 4TH SEPTEMBER FOR DELIVERY ON TUESDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER AND IT STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED, TODAY IS SATURDAY 9TH SEPTEMBER. POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL ARE ONLY TWO OF THE TERMS I SHALL BE USING IN MY ONLINE REVIEW EVEN THE MESSAGE THAT I SENT ON THE WEB-SITE HAS NPOT BEEN ANSWERED. NO SIGN OF A REFUND EITHER. S. “I ordered a personalised card a week ago for a bg birthday disregarding my instincts to stay with moon pig , despite 4 emails I still haven’t received the card or an explanation I just keep getting told to wait for the next post ! Never ever use this company stick with moon pig or funky pigeon who deliver what they promise & offer customer service !!!!”

“Rebecca at your Chingford branch was extremely helpful today. There were no "your anniversary" cards on display, she opened up lots of boxes from the delivery which she was unloading and found me 4 to choose from. Excellent, friendly and informative. Thanks Rebecca.”
