“Many thanks to the staff at the New George Street, Plymouth branch for their help on Wednesday, 6th December. Two extremely pleasant and helpful ladies went to great lengths to search for a particular type of card for me and the lady at the till was also very helpful. “Went to Beaumont Leys shop this morning, was served by Chloe, who very kindly checked I had envelopes for all my family/friends Christmas cards. (29 of them) plus gift wallets, 15 of them, plus helped me purchase stocking fillers for 3 great grandchildren. Her kindness and patience was thoroughly in line with Christmas spirit and a credit to The Card Factory. Thank you so much Chloe. Merry Christmas to you all. 👏👏🎅🎅🌟🌟👏👏🎅🎅”

“I went to the shop in Clifton Nottingham yesterday and had excellent service from Ange. She was so friendly, she asked if I wanted stamps or tissue paper to go with my purchases, I had forgotten about these and her prompt made me buy some . Thank you so much. Wonderful customer service”

“hiya, i use card factory most of the time for birthdays, christmas etc, i went in the shop this morning for christmas cards for my family, i found exactly the cards i want and was served by maxine who i have know for 20 years and is very professional as all the staff are and most helpful.”

“I bought the remainder of my Christmas cards today. It was busy but as soon as the queue at the till built up, another assistant came to help. All the staff are friendly and helpful and especially Carol remembering to ask if I needed sellotape and with her usual smile. Christmas shopping can be stressful but not in The Card Shop. Well done all. Oh yes the choice and value are excellent too.”

“I just wanted to show some appreciation to the staff at Card Factory in Longton. Whenever I go into store they are always friendly, helpful and nothing is to much trouble whether I'm buying cards, gifts or helium balloons. I've never had a bad experience while shopping at this store and it's a pleasure to shop there.”

“The new branch in Seaford East Sussex is a real boon for the local community. Saves a lot of money being able to buy good quality cards, and stationary not having to go out of town, especially for the elderly and those on tigjt budgets. Hope it stays open 😊❤”
