Never buy Clark's Products, I had ordered two pair of shoes from their site on 27/09/2019, they had sent me one wrong pair firstly, after paying only it came to my notice it's a different model, immeditely initiated returning on the delivery date itself, it was on 03///10/2019, Also I was very particular about the model & brand, without any hesitation after such a very bad dissatisfaction, I again ordered same model, After placing fresh order, I was also following about returning, unfortunately after contacting many times to their Customer Care service both call & mail, still they haven't taken the wrong product back, Now most the exciting ironic part is that, today on 09/10/2019 I got my shoes, model is same as I ordered but it's damaged one, How we believe this kind of branded companies, Such a worst experience & worst company.

Terrible customer service, still waiting for a £276 refund after 3 weeks despite providing proof of postage Clark's refusing to refund and refusing to contact me

I called to ask a question and I was on hold several minutes more than one call and they never responded to my email except for an auto reply. They do not respond to their customers. Terrible customer service.

I bought Clark sandals just 4 weeks ago. This is the 2nd pair of Clark sandals I have bought in the past 2 years that have worn down very quickly!! They are made with "memory" foam, which apparently has no memory. It just squishes down, and then you feel like your walking directly on the ground, because there's only a thin layer of rubber under that. Clarks used to be known for making good shoes, but not anymore. I will never buy another pair of Clarks.

I will never shop at Clarks anymore. I bought last summer before holiday a very expensive pair of sandals for my son and I had no choice during our holiday to buy him an another pair because his feet was completely hurt by the sandals . Just both my younger son a pair of shoes from Clarks again and he was crying when we was walking because the shoe hurt his foot and refuse to put on again. I don't mind to paid a certain price but I inspect to have a quality for it which is not the case anymore with Clarks.

I spent £69 on a pair of Mens Clarks Strapped Sandal 'Garrat Active' for my husband. After a month of trying to break them in, they were rubbing constantly, the too-long heal strap flapped around and the inner sole was losing its colour. Appalling product for the price. We had to work very hard to get our money back. Are you losing sight of quality and comfort, Clarks? You can do better.

I bought a pair of Clark Un Trek Part Men's Sandals from an Amazon site. I wore them a few times, but after wearing them for less than an hour my toes and ball of my foot felt numb due to the shape of the sole. I contacted Amazon for return and they would not accept them as they came fro Clark. So I contacted Clark and three times they told me they sent to return information. I have never received it and now I can't enven talk to anyone on the phone. I will NEVER buy another shoe fro Clark!

Worst shoes I have ever bought. Even after wearing them multiple times, the shoes continue to give me blisters. Not something that is expected from a renowned brand.

shoes poor quality complained to customer service told to send a picture then they were not the shoes so i sent them the shoes then told to much wear after 2 months i bought them to cut grass with not for church . I AM 69 YEARS OLD HOW MUCH DO THEY THINK I CAN DO. JAVIER PABLOS WAS VERY RUDE. Clarks can see allthis with my email exchange with customer care

So sad :( Disappointed 100% in Clark's..Ihave never read reviews and as I can see I am not only one victim. I bought VERY COMFORTABLE 2 pair but I cannot even spend an wearing them .My foot is sweating :(( I cannot stand this feeling.I have put it to the bi. 2 pairs the same problem one even make noise when I am walking.one is from new collection :(((

And agonising painful torturous pair of shoes. I had worn them at work for three hours and needed to buy an emergency pair to get through the day without pain. I tried to return them a week later but the assistant was dismissive.I was persistent, she eventually asked me to go across the road to get them stretched. The shoes were stretched for three days.I wore them for a second time and walked for approximately 5 minutes needing to return to the car with a limp. I am reluctant to just add them to the landfill.

I ordered a pair of shoes online which were in the sale and was so looking forward to receiving them. Unfortunately, when they were delivered, they were the wrong ones. I rang customer services who were confused, so took them back to a store a few miles away where they too were confused and admitted they were wrong. The assistant (who I think was a supervisor/manager) checked on the computer to find that the shoes I had ordered were out of stock in my size so I had no choice but to get a refund! He said it looks as though whoever packed them wasn't paying close attention and that it "happens sometimes"! I shan't be ordering online again and am not impressed in general.

Worst sandals I have ever worn. I made a mistake to wear them on a day walking trip. My feet have blisters which made me not wanting to walk the next day. Expensive and useless. Tricove sandals. DO NOT BUY.

They used to make good shoes and have decent customer service, both have plummeted in the past years. I have 7 pairs, all the same size. Treated rudely during an order 2 years ago and corporate sent a 50% off coupon that did not work and I had to contact them again. Just ordered again and the shoes were terribly undersized. The website would not print a return label. 45 minutes waiting for customer service to be told they should be able to do it tomorrow. Talked to a supervisor who was condescending and patronizing, talking to me as if I were a teenager. They must be making a lot of money because they no longer care about customers or have consistent shoes.

Be careful when calling Clarks... I got charged £10 after being put on hold before finally getting through to them to ask about their return policy! Expensive mistake!

Really bad customer service from the assistant manager. Super unorganized and dirty.she gave me a attitude when I asked her why they had so much boxes it seemed to me that I was at a swapmeet and not a shoe store .840 is the location.

Horrible is all I can say. We are on a cruise and in cork my wife bought a pair of shoes. They were dirty on the bottom and we were told that is just from people walking around as They tried them on. My wife also asked the return policy in case the shoes hurt her after wearing a bit. We were told that as long as she stayed on carpet no problem. That night she wore them on the carpet and they indeed started to cause pain and a slight blister. In our next port Dublin we took them into the store for a refund. The manager Mary said she would not take them back as they had been worn. We explained that she had only worn them on carpet and that they were dirty when she bought them and would never had accepted them if the cork store had had any others in her size. Mary said that the policy is not to accept them back. We took a tissue and ran it along the floor in the Dublin store and showed Mary just how dirty her floors were And that is why there was some dirt on these shoes. She did not like this but offered to give us a gift card for the full amount. Since the gift cards are only good in Ireland this did us no good so we explained this to her and asked why if she is willing to give a gift card would she not refund us. With that she asked us to leave and take our dirty (not really much) shoes with us. If you are thinkers by of Buying from Clark’s please take heed of our experience and do not put your money at risk. We lost $100 dollars for a pair of shoes that are useless to us Edit

They are horrible liars. My wife bought a pair of Shoes and when she got them they were a bit dirty on the bottoms. She pointed this out and was told that she could return them if she tried them on carpet only. When she tried to return them she was told to bad as they were dirty on the bottom. They hurt her feet and when she told them they were already dirty they said to made. Horrible

I purchased a pair of shoes from Clark’s 5 months ago . They were bought for holidays so had little wear in those 5 months . One of the shoes split along a stitched line on the heel. I informed customer services immediately and they told me I had to return them to the store. I returned them to the store along with the original receipt . They accepted the shoes were in good condition apart from the split but could only offer 15% discount on my next purchase and take the shoes back . I had hoped for a repair or a replacement pair of shoes after such little wear. They suggested I write to customer services which I have done and they have offered 20% discount provided I buy another pair of shoes . Which means if I bought the same pair they would have cost me 180% of the cost for a few weeks wear . I am seriously disappointed in Clark’s and they have lost a family and extended family of loyal customers . If you buy from them don’t expect fair treatment if you have an issue .
