I ordered Sunday, July 30th with an expected delivery of Friday, August 4th and I still have not received my order on Thursday, August 10th. So I'm disappointed with what I've just stated. I can say the website is nice but as I still haven't received my order, the layout of the website is not really relevant if the products sold through it don't arrive in a timely manner.

The products offered are inconsistent, and it's difficult to get your money's worth. I would be VERY cautious when purchasing products from this company. If it's a different provider other than Electronic Tobacconist, I would strongly hesitate to move forward with a purchase without preparing yourself for disappointment...

I ordeeed my cartridges 9 days ago and they've been sitting somewhere for over a week no updates. Still have not received them.

Hi Anthony, We did add a note after our conversation (about your computer auto-filling in your billing address). If you enter your university address as the shipping address, that's where it will ship to; we only ship to what the customer enters for shipping.
