“The products offered are inconsistent, and it's difficult to get your money's worth. I would be VERY cautious when purchasing products from this company. If it's a different provider other than Electronic Tobacconist, I would strongly hesitate to move forward with a purchase without preparing yourself for disappointment...”

Hi Anthony, We did add a note after our conversation (about your computer auto-filling in your billing address). If you enter your university address as the shipping address, that's where it will ship to; we only ship to what the customer enters for shipping.
