I was always happy ordering from you until this last month! To my surprise you put a limit on what I can order per month and you did this without warning! I’m 73 years old my husband is 78 and you want to limit us!! And now we have to pay 13.00 per box instead of 8.99 so I won’t be ordering from you any more! Not happy 😡

Hi! Our product limits have been implemented to prevent resale, which is important with our products. The limits are set for one person, so if you and your husband have separate accounts, you should have no problems at all getting each of your orders. ET Customer Care

I have been using ET for a couple years now and I used to have great service.. fast shipping and good quality products. However within the past few months my packages have arrived late every time and in multiple orders in a row, the product ordered did not work. I sent in a request and was sent replacements, although I was never told why 7 batteries in a row did not work. The replacements I received were also broken and I was never able to get a response on the follow up.

Hi! We do include taxes in the price as early as we can in the checkout. As State taxes vary, we have to know which State the order is being purchased in before we can apply taxes. Unfortunately, every website that includes taxes must do the same. Sorry for the inconvenience, but hopefully our prices and shipping already being the lowest will help! ET Customer Care

I don't know what happened, but they used to be a lot better in every aspect. I'm now looking elsewhere for my cartridges.

Send a email a few days ago with no response. I received a box (lose disposables) that have to short of a life. I buy these all the time from other companies and there was minimal battery life.

I bought 2 Of them and one never worked and the other just burned up in the same day! And I can’t exchange or get a refund.

Only two online stores have I enjoyed. but, ElectricTobaccoist are reallreshipy speedy getting my order out the same I could brag on their customerservice all day long, beacuse one order never made it out of Colorado. They reshipped it priority mail for free. I messaged then on a saturday and received my package the following monday... ONE MORE Then I'll leave you all alone. Prices on juice are the best on the net. I wish you kept more RTA's in stock but thats minorl. I ordered 4 bottles of juice Wed Evening (I'm in BFE in SWVA) well, I got my order today.!!!!!!! No special shipping or anything.. This company is the best I"ve dealt with More so than my local shops. My apologies for poor punctuation and grammar. My keyboard sometimes lets me hit the mouseaccidently and it types wherever. 6 out of 5 everytime I've ordered.. Superb.. Thanks to everyone who makes the electrictobaconist

This was my first time ordering from Electronic Tobacconist, I received the wrong order in the mail and although the shipping was fast I’m disappointed and out $13. Not a good first impression.

I'm not sure how much of this falls on them, but in my 4 orders, I have yet to receive a single one on time. My current order was placed 5 days ago and as of now the status reads: Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending BOULDER, CO 80301. Is my order being delivered via horseback? They seem to offer a quality product for a good price, but if my orders consistently come 2-5 days later then expected and I have to spend that savings purchasing a box of carts from the local gas station whats the point? I've always received the correct order, and the vape juice has always been great. Maybe a slightly higher score is in order but having items take twice the expected time to show up really blows.

Both bottles of e cig juice that I ordered a week ago have an expiration date of 12/2020. I did not think that I would be given expired products, which is a shame because last time I ordered the same product it was not expired and tasted much better

Normally I would give 5 stars but this last order was disappointing. I received it quickly but out of the 5 refills I ordered for Solo Menthol refills 2 of them had empty cartridges. Not a happy customer at this time.

My pods that I just received from you guys for my nova, came with 3 in the pack and I'm already on my 3rd pod and I just got them Monday, because the first two, both taste as if they are bad and taste burnt but the 3rd one is fine. So I just didnt understand is all.

The only reason I'm giving a poor rating is because of the fact that I can't talk to a real person. I'm not the grearest on the computer and many if not most the products on the website I don't have a clue as to what they are. I can order the E-liquid that I use with no issues but it would really be to able to speak with someone on the phone to receive better anwsers to the questions that I have.
