It was very good up untill this quarantine kicked in and y'all caved under the pressure with all the stores close its the perfect time to have made money online instead y'all shut down cause you didn't anticipate the traffic.

I orders on the 5th and was waited for 6 days with no updates; it was just stuck saying 'Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending', so I emailed them and they said my package would ship out yesterday. Guess what? It's still sitting in their warehouse a day later, 0 updates given. I'm done.

I’m a bit disappointed I placed a order on Saturday April 4 for 15 cali bars almost worth 112$. This is my first time ordering from this site but I thought I would of received my package by now. I don’t know if I’ll be buying from here again depends if I get it next week or not.

I have always had great customer service and products from this company. I'm reading other reviews staying that despite the COVID-19, some customers have received their products at a fast pace. I've been a loyal customer but to my surprise when I track this order which was placed on April 3rd...as of April 6th it's STILL SITTING BOULDER CO...awaiting to be approved for shipment. This is such a disappointing experience.

The only reason i use this company is bc they take pay pal, have placed many orders and not 1 promo or discount, there shipping is slow at best of times now it's ridiculous, other companies i use are still spot on but not this place, i placed an order 4 days ago and they have not shipped, on same day orderd blankz and got that yesterday, i have found only 1 brand of nic salt i like and 1 brand of juice, they sold me a defective smok infinix and would not return my e mail, use this company if your desperate, if you want fast service, a promo or a refund steer clear, and i am now an 8th deegree Google guide so yea this review is very real they will probably not publish it but fear not i allready did.

So I ordered a day before they put up the banner and everything on their website. I was't even informed about the sudden shipping delays until I would check on my account to see that my order hadn't even moved from Boulder,CO for the past 5-7 days but on my account it would say that my order was dispatched and my items were currently on "acceptance pending", I had even received a tracking number the same day I had ordered. I contacted Electric Tobacconist about my order wondering where it had been and if I'd still be receiving my order during the time slot they had given me when I had ordered (March 31st) which was April 3-6. Just to find out that my ordered STILL hadn't even left the warehouse facilities in the past 5-7 days after I had ordered. My usps tracking number worked which is really weird and sus if my order still hadn't been "shipped out" they told me that it was an "error" in their system or something along those lines. They even said they shipped out daily so I don't understand how an order from a WEEK ago still hasn't been shipped out. It's already been a week and my patience in running thin. I even paid extra for priority but after contacting them about my situation they refunded my shipping price and said that I'd still be receiving my item via priority, which is the only reason I hadn't given them a one star. I don't know if I'll be ordering again anytime soon with them after this terrible experience.

adding on, I paid for the deliver thats supposed to be 2-3 days. now on your website, it says the delivery I paid for could take up to 7-10 days! I specifically paid for short delivery and I'm not getting it?

The tracking info given has my order sitting at Boulder, CO UPSP for the last 4 days. Your stupid not human contact helpdesk says I should wait 10 days before I can know where my shipment is. This is the most awkward site I have ever ordered from. If I ever receive my order, it will be the last I order from you. Thanks.

Unfortunately, due to the environment we all now find ourselves in, we are experiencing shipping delays past our regular same-day shipping promise. Disappointing, I spent $79.90 for 10 boxes of pods. There is or was an upgrade in shipping if I spend $80.00. You’d think they would round up automatically. I mean what on their website costs $0.10 cents. Geez 😒

I use cue vapor product and you put limits on the pods (40max). That sucks! If I had other options to source this product, I would use them, however I don’t have another option. I know I’m just wasting my time here.

I was always happy ordering from you until this last month! To my surprise you put a limit on what I can order per month and you did this without warning! I’m 73 years old my husband is 78 and you want to limit us!! And now we have to pay 13.00 per box instead of 8.99 so I won’t be ordering from you any more! Not happy 😡

I have been using ET for a couple years now and I used to have great service.. fast shipping and good quality products. However within the past few months my packages have arrived late every time and in multiple orders in a row, the product ordered did not work. I sent in a request and was sent replacements, although I was never told why 7 batteries in a row did not work. The replacements I received were also broken and I was never able to get a response on the follow up.

Hi! We do include taxes in the price as early as we can in the checkout. As State taxes vary, we have to know which State the order is being purchased in before we can apply taxes.
