“Good quality items and delivery time, 3 stars. Limiting number of refill cartridges in a 30-day period (e.g. 40 packets of 2 Vuse Solo cartridges), -2 stars. Some people vape more than a couple cartridges a day. As a result, I've had to go with another distributor until I satisfy the 30-day restriction.”

“Efficient and fast - order shipped same day. Customer service is excellent. Had an issue with a discount code not being applied after I had already checked out. My oversight. Emailed customer service and they reached out to me immediately and at the same time issuing a credit to my card. Highly recommend this company”

“Nozzles on bottles are too large, have to force in cartridges. Lids on bottle do not open easily. Sometimes have to use plyers.”
