They are extremely up to date with the laws right now. I use to order Bantam juice and their home website banned ALL sales to Rhode Island instead of just flavors..😭😭 but this website allows me to order my favourite juice! Which was always tobacco anyway ♡

I have never had any issues with them that they haven’t fixed immediately and that was only once. I only order from Electric Tobacconist. My orders come when they say and they have quality products.

I absolutely love my FIN products. Lately though, they seem to be very hard to order due to them not being stocked. I read where someone has banned the starter kits on Rich tobacco. I can’t speak for the rest. It scares me and makes me think y’all are getting ready to discontinue the FIN altogether. Which would break my heart, but I’d rather know now instead of just finding out at the last minute. If I am right about disconnecting them, then please let a 8 year loyal customer now what you know. It will be hard to replace them but the sooner I know then the sooner I can start looking for a new brand. Other than that I have no complaints at all. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Thank you very much for reaching out about your concerns. As far as we know, there are no current plans to discontinue FIN's products. They have encountered some manufacturing delays this year, however, we aim to stock up as soon as they're available. Their starter kits, unfortunately, were not sent through the PMTA process so they are no longer available, however, we should continue to carry the cartomizers and batteries for the foreseeable future. I love your company and am aware that this is no fault of your business whatsoever, but my order from December 3rd still hasn't arrived. I've ordered from you guys many times and had no issues, though after this situation I beg you to please stop using USPS and find a better option. Hopefully my package will get here soon, we can only hope. Cheers

It would be nice if you all get rid of that $8.99 shipping a lot of people use this website I've used this website for years and why is it that longtime customers can't get a discount if we can't get a discount can we at least change $8.99 shipping and handling not $5.99 that need some improvement number two y'all taking 7 days to delivery packages it literally would take seven days I remember before if I order something on a Monday by Thursday I got it but now it's like if I order something on a Monday I will get it until Saturday or Monday that needs Improvement also

We are very sorry for the trouble caused by our shipping costs. Unfortunately, your state does require that we ship your orders with a signature required upon delivery which does add to the shipping costs. We cover a majority of the added costs while the remaining $8.99 is added to your order total. These additional shipping costs are waived on orders over $80. Additionally, USPS and UPS are currently experiencing unprecedented package volumes which have caused shipping delays. We are expecting these delays to be resolved at the start of the new year, however, you're always welcome to reach out to us so we can assist you in receiving your order. HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Shipping was very fast, they will get back to you fast for any type of questions! They resolved something for me when I ordered the wrong juice.
