“Despite continued attempts to change my shipping address on the website and emails following my orders, my items keep being shipped to the wrong address. This creates a hold up of at least. 3 weeks, and is very frustrating. I’ve requested that they resend to the correct address (as this is an on going issue), but the company denies each request. I’ve been a long time customer and feel that they should remedy the problem, and resend the purchase to my correct address. Waiting each time has caused me to look elsewhere where for my purchases. Prior to this, the company was great! Efficient, fast and correct”

“Quality products and a large variety. Orders are processed quickly and customer service keeps you informed when order recieved and when shipped. You even get a tracking number and map to follow your order progress. Product prices are very affordable. Shipping cost is also low compared to other companies. It's a win win. I would highly recommend ordering from Electric Tobacconist.”
