“The website was extremely easy to navigate through and find exactly what I as looking for! The speed of the delivery was fast to get to USPS; but, with COVID-19, it took USPS a little longer than expected. The service that Electric Tobacconist USA has to offer beats out any other retailer. The support team is fast and efficient with any questions that may surface. Overall experience is very positive. It's the reason why my family and I always shop here!”

“I started using Electric Tobacconists USA a couple of years ago after comparing prices and realizing they have the items I want for the best price. They also have such a wide range of brands, parts, products, refills, vape kits &/or flavors of ejuice for any vape you would ever think of and MORE! I love all of the options. The website is easy to navigate, you can look up items by brand, flavors, highest rating, most popular, etc! I’ve had to talk to customer service, (because of something I ordered on accident) & they were happy to help and took care of it right away. Shipping is always fast and efficient, even coming all the way to IN, I usually get my package in 2-3 days!”

“I purchased the SMOK Nord 2 starter kit and 3 different juices. I love the Nord 2! It allows you to set the wattage usage and has other options I am still learning about! User friendly and very affordable. There are so many juice options and everything is perfectly priced! The website is easily to navigate! The speed of delivery was great considering all safety measures having to be taken because of COVID-19! Overall GREAT, GREAT, GREAT experience!!!”

“I had purchased from other online vendors, and Electric Tobacconist blows it out of the water. Other competitors took forever to ship (even though we purchased over $90), there was no explanation for the excise taxes, and product selection was a pain. Electric Tobacconist had an explanation of states that had additional taxes, product selection was simple, and shipped the very next day. Their customer service replied within 2 hours of my sending an email. All three orders came earlier than expected, and packaged doubly for protection. I highly recommend this site, and have already shared with friends.”
