“I successfully placed an order but I submitted a ticket because I didn't underhand the process. They quickly replied and resolved the issue although it was on my post. My device and juices were very aisle and delivered in a matter of days. I love it! I love it! I love it! Needless to say, they will continue to receive my business and I highly recommend the Electronic Tobacconist! Thanks!”

“I informed Electric Tobacco USA, that the device I purchased wasn't working properly. I explained that the device was over-heating and hot to the touch. I sent photos pertaining to my case. Nothing has been done, in regards to my complaint. This wasn't my ony complaint, I purchased Arch Mini products from them as well, that they suddenly stopped carrying the products. Which means that I was left with devices that I couldn't purchased filters. I will never shop with this company ever again.”

Unfortunately, they were not sent through PMTA which is a decision that is out of our control. Products that weren't sent through PMTA cannot legally be sold. “I found Electric Tobacconist online. I checked out their website and found the Vapes I was looking for at a fair price. I’m a little Leary about going with a new company, but decided to give them a try. I ordered three vapes and found their ordering process to be easy and straight forward. I provided all my payment and delivery info and received a confirmation. Within a day or so, I received a notification that my order had shipped. This was a very good sign that this is a responsible company. A week later I received the vapes and they are exactly what I was hoping for. I look forward to future orders and would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends.”

“This is my new go-to site.
