“I was incredibly pleased with the service I got. I wasn’t expecting too much seeing as we’re going through a global pandemic, but I thought I might as well order my nic salts. I places the order on a Thursday night, and by noonish on Monday my products had arrived. Beyond impressed, you’ll now have a new loyal and repeating customer!”

“Electric Tobacconist has quickly become my preferred method to order anything e-cig related. In addition to having the best prices around, shipping is always expedient with it normally arriving a full day ahead of schedule, and the service department is stellar. I’ve only had ONE problem with anything I’ve ordered through the eight months I’ve used ET, and it was corrected quickly and efficiently. 10/10, will only be using ET for my e-cig needs.”

“The best service I’ve ever received from a vaping company. I’ve ordered here for about a year now. Each and every order has shipped within the save business day or next and I’ve received them in my mail 2-3 days after order. SUPER FAST SHIPPING!! Now, the prices are as low as anyone and you get the guarantee they are all authentic. I haven’t come across a vape or accessory that these guys don’t have and to top it off the website is easy to use on my phone/iPad. My overall experience has been absolutely fantastic and can’t recommend this company enough for your vaping needs.”

“Excellent customer service. I had placed three separate orders and forgot about them being able to upgrade my shipping for free and they contacted me to say they upgraded for me and refunded my shipping. That was awesome of them. Also shipping speed is great. However, I do not know why they charge an excise tax on liquid sent to Ohio.”
