“I've ordered several times from the company and I have always had a good experience. The website is easy to navigate and they provide plenty of help to make sure you get the products right for you. The prices are competitive enough I feel like I am getting a good deal and so far each of my orders have shown up early. Would definitely recommend.”

“I can't speak upon returns or refunds. Probably since I have yet to be disappointed after several separate orders. I can say as someone very picky that the prices are very fair and easy to order. Aslo they're quick to get my orders ready and sent out.”

“I always get my products on time and much cheaper than I can find anywhere else highly recommend 5 out of 5 stars. I've dealt with the customer service due to a faulty coil even though it wasn't electronic tobacconist fault the credit me for a free coil!”

“Website easy to navigate. Quickly found the items I wanted. Easy checkout. Items arrived in a very reasonable time, in spite of virus often delaying deliveries. My brother-in-law told me about you when I decided to give vaping a try as a way of giving up cigarettes. I am so happy I did. A smoker for over 40 years, I went from 3 packs a day to one pack every 2.5 days! I can't thank you enough! I can finally envision my life without smelly cigarettes and accidental burns.
