“I have been ordering the same products for a long time. It feels like ET tries to cut corners sometimes by sending their customers cheap quality. I have noticed a great degradation of the quality of their products. I know for a fact the boulder pods that I have been buying lately are not the same I had been ordering months ago. I might have to go somewhere else even if I have to pay a little more for a better quality.”

“I have used ET for a couple years and have only had a problem twice! Both times the ET staff assisted me within an hour after creating a support ticket! “I use to always use another site, they started not having items I needed in stock, and I came across this site, and E.T. always has what I need in stock!! I usually order 3-4 times a year (larger orders) so I have what I need on hand. Thank you so much E.T. for being well stocked at all times with good deals and competitive pricing.
