“Love this sight I use the old Vuse Vibe and I can get refills shipped right to the house in a timely manner the only place I can find them is one store in town where they charge 5 dollars more so not only fast service but lower cost Thank you for your wonderful service”

“I have been a customer with ET for approximately a little over a year. I started shopping with them after my vapor provider stopped selling refills directly and referred me to ET. The experience was better than with the previous company. However, I did not receive as much of a quantity discount. On my first order, ET shipped to the wrong address (despite what I entered at checkout). However, once I contacted them they made it right immediately. I was very impressed. They immediately sent a new order to replace the one not received. And they sent it by express carrier. I appreciate that kind of customer service very much. I've only had one other problem and after a couple of emails it was resolved. They really do try to provide excellent customer service. ET is the ONLY place I shop for all my vaping needs. They may not be the cheapest, but you can trust them. For anyone wanting to shop online for vape products I highly recommend ET.”
