“THis last purchase was not good. Out of what I purchased I had to throw away 4 pods. I would put a pod in, use it for a short time, when I got up in the morning they would no longer draw. I still have one pack left so waiting to see how they work.”

“Electric Tobacconist USA is, in my book, an unparalleled vendor for vape products on pricing; freshness; good data privacy habits; and the friendliest, quickest, most accommodating customer service you could imagine. PRICES: Ok, quite honestly, I've never ordered from anyone else because no one matches or beats ET's (10-pack) prices on LEAP Pods and the now supremely discounted $1.00 LEAP devices that I've ordered. FRESHNESS: I presume their stock turns over rapidly, because I never realized what an "old discoloured" Pod looked like until I made a local couple cornerstore purchases. SHIPPING SPEED: Their packages arrive within 2-3 days to SW FL, and was equally quick to Montana. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE: I had one issue with a new device that wouldn't charge from Day 1. The support team replied to my email the same day, and before I knew it, had applied a credit to my account that covered both the device and the shipping, so I could order it right away (rather than waiting for a big order, like I usually do, to avoid shipping costs). On a recent order of 20 Pod 2-packs, I pre-reviewed the Pods for any leaking. One individual Pod showed a leak, which I reported on the website ticketing system. Once again the emailed response was almost immediate and super friendly, including some answers to extra questions I had. They made a seamless transition from one support rep to another in th course of this brief support ticket. They credited my account with an 'E-Wallet' balance for half the full price of a Pod Pack (even though I'd purchased at a discounted bulk price). They apologized for being unable to use E-Wallet balances in conjunction with PayPal at this time, though it can be used a Credit Card purchase. When I explained why it was important to me to use PayPal for online vendors whereever possible, before I knew it, they had re-applied that refund to my PayPal account used for a recent purchase. This was fantastic customer-oriented support, and really suited me, even though it was a fairly insignificant sum, so I didn't have to wait around weeks/months for my next bulk purchase, nor make the effort/sacrifice of using a Credit Card for my next purchase. DATA SECURITY: I was trying to convince a friend to use ET, but he balked, like any good security-minded technologies, at providing his SSN or DoB into ET's interface as a part of authenticating one's age, in order to buy these products online. In the course of an email or two, ET support had responded to me with their data management practices. They don't store the DoB/SSN info, they pass it off to a third-party authenticator whose whole business model revolves around secure data management. ... and in the exception case when a driver's license scan is required to be submitted and reviewed by a human at ET, their processes automatically delete it within a day or two). You can, of course, choose whether or not to have them store your Credit Card number in their database. Bottom line, they were quick to reply and establish that they followed industry standard best practices for management of private data. PLUG FOR LEAP VAPOR'S SUPREME PRODUCTS, SERVICE, and REWARDS: Leap has the longest lasting batteries in their class, and the longest lasting larger capacity best priced Pods (compared to, say, Juul). They don't have a million fruity flavors, keeping them classic and simple, which suits me. What they DO have is an amazingly flexible device warranty replacement program, generous replacement of bad pods you may come across, and they send you postage-paid packaging to ship back the faulty products to them. Their support response is as exceptional and friendly as ET's. AND they have a Rewards Program on their website that I've cashed in on three times, for a $25 pre-paid Visa (online or card), that I qualified for after each 20 products that I entered PIN codes for. I'm not usually one to sink time into low-reward high-effort Rewards programs (and maybe it's the lock-down talking) but for me, the effort is worth the reward, to save an additional $25 for every $120 I spend on 20 packs of Pods for my terrible (but-better-than-smoking) vaping habit.”

“I remember getting two bottles from a bad batch around this time last year, nothing electrictobacconist.com did wrong, if anything, they made things right. Since then, havent had any issues with the juice. Electrictobacconist.com is by far my favorite site to order from. And I've ordered from most of the bigger sites. I dont like these price increases on the juice but as long as you guys offer deals on 3 or more bottles I can deal with it.”

“I was a 3 pack a day smoker. My doctor's NP suggested I try E-cigarettes. She suggested that I smoke a regular cigarette, then a an E-cigarette. After about 2 weeks, I was hooked on E-cigs. No more lighters to lose, no more mess from ashes, and in a "no smoking" establishment, I could go to the restroom and enjoy s few drags. My lungs have gone from needing oxygen 24/7 to just sleeping with oxygen. What A life Changer!”
