“Fast reliable shipping as always and a great selection of salts liquid. The only thing I have a y complaint about is this month I was double charged. But as soon as I brought it to their attention it was fixed extremely fast. This is the only company I order from and I don't see that changing.”

“this company is very quick at sending a product to ca. i'm very please with the service. i've purchased many coils and juice and can not say i've had an issue yet. i even receive a phone back when they need to ensure its me that purchased the product to protect my information. if there was a perfect that would be my score.”

“My last order was placed on 03/10/2020. It languished in Boulder CO for 3 days before going to Denver CO. Today is 03/18/20 and I still have not received my order. Tracking doesn’t even show an expected delivery date.”

While it normally takes USPS 3-5 days for standard shipping, in rare cases it can take them up to 10 days. While we can't control USPS, we do stand behind our shipping times. “My vape kicked the bucket on Saturday(it was old). Ordered a new one that day and it arrived by Monday!!!! MONDAY PEOPLE! Can’t thank you enough for that. I ordered some new juices as well as some coils too. Really really good prices. My town doesn’t have a vape shop so I will always use this company. I appreciate you guys 🙏♥️”

“So I was panicking that my vape kicked the bucket so I ordered a new one on Saturday. IT CAME MONDAY! MONDAY PEOPLE!! Incredibly fast shipping even in this pandemic crisis. Not to mention really good prices. So incredibly pleased with this company. There are not any vape shops in my town so this company has been a godsend. Love the variety they offer too.
