“I found ET after a shortage of caliburn Koko pods . They were the only site that had them ,and at a nice price at that . I was very pleased with my experience with ET. Fast shipping. Correct order. Also large selection of nic salts . There pricing is also very good ( lower then most sites). Only complaint I have is the website could be a little easier to navigate. But it's not that serious . I will be a return customer . -NA”

“Absolutely love the site and how easy it was to use. Have ordered from them twice both to get a vape and to get a set of replacement pods. Shipping is fast and items are safely packed so as not to be damaged on the way to you. The range of products is amazing and the prices are low too. My experience with this company both times has been absolutely 10 outta 10”

“They never sent my package once I ordered it. They didn’t even send it until I asked them to a week after ordering the product. The customer support team is absolute trash and none of them did their job. After them telling me they were going to resend my package, I waited a week and emailed them just to find out that they did NOTHING about my issue. It was only after I asked for a refund until they sent the item.”

Hi, We're sorry you felt you received a less than exceptional experience with us. While your first package was delivered in 2 days from your order date, we can't send the free replacement we offered without knowing for sure that sending it signature required was alright for you. Without hearing from you we can't send out the second package. As you can imagine, some customers prefer not to sign for their packages.
