“Just placed an order and thought that I didn't receive the mix & match special price. I clicked on the 'help desk' to question this. I got a reply in about an hour from them. It turns out that in my state they have a new extra "tax" on vape products that include vape juice. The help desk sent a link with a copy of that new law for my state so that I am now aware of it and the reason why the price is now (much) higher than it has been in my previous orders, not their fault, they're just following the tax laws for my state. Thank you Electric Tobacconist for your quick response and clearing that up for me. Great job guys. 👍”
