“The shipping was very slow from colorado to ohio (where i live) especially during the holidays, but this was not electric tobacconist's fault. Since i didn't receive my package after 19 days, they re-sent my order for free. They communicated with me well and i appreciate that.”

“I have been very happy with the company service until my last 2 orders. They have been taking 10 days to deliver. My current order was placed 7 days ago and still has not shipped. I am getting over frustrated.”

“Normally, the items are delivered right away and packaged well. OTOH, this time and once before, not so much. They always tell you when it's on it way and give you a tracking number. I love that!! It ariived at a point a few miles from me on the 16th. It's now the 21st and nothing. It will come - it always does, and usually in a timely manner.”

“Haven’t got my new order yet,but have been pleased with the service and product . Been using for a few years now, like it better than actually smoking, though I still miss it. Happy holidays ,see you next year. The delivery is within 5 to 7 days,by both usps or ups.”

“The billing is very confusing in that the total price you see online is different from what you see on the sheet you get with your order. this latter sheet explains the reason for the difference and I'm not implying there's any deception or overcharging. It's just confusing. Although they have risen recently, the prices are consistently competitive, if not less expensive, than other vendors. Orders are processed quickly and the threshold for free shipping is relatively low. Even at the slowest level of free shipping, the orders usually arrive relatively quickly, sometimes quicker than expected.”

“I really enjoy this product, and appreciate how quickly Electric Tobacconist USA gets my order sent to me, however, I was shocked by the increase in price. From 10/28 - 11/19 one cartridge pack went up a whole dollar. I can purchase in town for about the same price as your earlier charge but like the anonymity of ordering online. I will place an order today but would like to see cost go down or I'll resume to in person purchasing.”

“Ordering is easy, prices are fair, shipping is always quick and on time. I do wish you carried the MyBlu menthol pods with less nicotine, but that won't stop me from continuing to be a loyal customer!”
