“I've been buying from ET for a few years now. Overall very satisfied with them. I have ordered several times throughout the years. Out of 50+ orders I've only had 1 incident with damaged product. They were super fast to respond and fix the problem. I'm going to continue using them for all my vaping needs.”

“I love you guys. Out of all the online vape shops, you always have multiple selections of what I want, always have great value & prices & always make it easy to understand how to order on your website for us 62 year olds that weren't able to learn the how it's of online shopping. “I haven’t received my order that I placed 3 weeks ago. The postal service tracking site said my package was delivered today to a wrong address because the shipping label was addressed wrong. I’m extremely disappointed and would like a refund.”

“Love the company. However, I work out of town, so if it's not shipped by USPS, I'm not home to sign for it and it gets sent back to the company. If it's shipped with USPS I can at least pick it up from the post office.”
