“Good luck getting your order. Shipped from Boulder to Denver, CO. 30 minute drive took 8 days. Complain and they say oh well, not our problem.”

“I have been trying to contact your customer service for the past few days and no luck. Received boulder rock pods that are turning black after 1 (ONE) USE. I have used them for years and never seen such a thing. No way to submit a ticket online, for as much as i have completed every field. The option is greyes out. There is no phone number or any other way to contact customer service. VERY FRUSTRATING.”
