“ET has a great customer service group. They ship immediately and receive most items within 5 days. I have had several instances where the ecigs did not igniteor only lasted for a few hours. They quickly credited me or sent replacements. Good service.”

“Fast Delivery , great prices , have had no issues so cant comment on customer service . But if its like everything else then i bet its top notch. I dont like the limit on juice you can buy in a month. I would like to stock up because of all the restrictions they are adding , oh and thanks for allowing pay pal as a way of payment. To be honest i dont go anywhere other then TOBACCONIST for all my vapping needs . Thanks and keep it up”

“I haven't received my product yet so I can't accurately review that aspect of ordering. However, I ordered because of a 3 for $37 deal and ended up paying a over$68 due to taxes and shipping, basic shipping at that! So misleading!!!”
