“I am very very dissatisfied because the mouth piece got so hot when i tried to pull for my first puff that i couldn't hit it. And it won't stay charged and the juice leaks out into it onto the gold battery prongs where the mouth piece connects to the battery.. I think you all shoud check the Boulder out before one ends up blowing someone's face off.. now im out my money that I paid for it I know it wasn't much but I was excited because for the first time I decided to get help quitting smoking and chose to buy from you and it isn't a good product at all.. i have been smoking since age 14 so this was a huge deal for me... I don't make much money at all 3 days a week cleaning toilets so I cant afford to buy a really good one nor can I afford to buy another one period.. so thanks for nothing..😠”

“I have made several purchases from Electric Tobacconist USA and have always received the product as ordered, the only negative I have is sometimes shipping is 4 or 5 days other times it has been as much as 10 days, this make it difficult to know when to reorder. Last order was relatively reasonable.”

“I've had the good fortune & luck to come across Electric Tobacconist quite by accident, and, I cannot possibly list all the accolades that come to mind, so not too bore anybody, but, from price, variety of products, communication quickly, politely and professionally, prompt and safe shipping, they are simply stupendous. I've engaged in upwards of twenty individual transactions, and NEVER had a single glitch of any!”

“It is easy and fast sending my order. Hopefully in the future I will also be able to order vape juice as right now I am mobility disabled and need someone else to go get my vapes for me. Soon however I hope I can order from ET as usual. Only time will tell,let's hope soon. ET is the quickest at getting my products to me and I have told my vaping friends about them. Thanks ET!”

“Delivery is terrible and expensive, especially since they now use UPS. You need to be home all day to sign for the package that may not even come. It could be delayed three day; then another day wasted while you wait to sign for the package. Go back to USPS.”
