“I was having trouble with my favourite juice not tasting right. I contacted Electric Tobacconist just to ask if I could do an exchange or request refund. I certainly did not expect the great lengths that they went to help me. They sent out new bottles, right away, more than once. I will never buy vape products anywhere else. These people care!! Customer service is not dead!!”

“You guys always have always had the best products and quick shipping. I am concerned about the measure buried in the Covid Relief Bill that for some inane reason is making it illegal to ship vape products via USPS, then some spineless shipping companies decided to follow. I have written my Congressman about this twice but for some equally inane reason don't expect a positive result. Tens of millions of us vape within a billion dollar legitimate business and should just be left alone! I hope most of your peers and you can figure out how to remove that several sentence about vaping on pg. 5036 of the Covid Bill .”
