It looks as though your order was marked as delivered yesterday - if you still do not have this package in your possession please reach out to us via email or through our Help Desk portal on the website. We apologize for the delays USPS was facing. They have since recovered so there shouldn't be any further problems!

“Love the menthol flavor, not too strong. Price has gotten to expensive, with shipping at $8.99, what happened to free shipping on orders over $30, plus the excise tax. Too much for me! Sorry, luv the company!”

“Always packaged great, shipped quickly. The winter storms delayed my parcel's delivery by a few days, but ET was ready to help if the package got lost. “I've been ordering from here for 2 years. I place an order every 3 months. I receive their emails. You would think they would send a discount code once in a while. Nope. Nothing. No perks to being a continued returning customer.”

“I stopped smoking about 20 years ago but with all having to stay home I knew I would gain weight. Have to do something with my hands while watching TV and if that is food then weight gain. Started using your Vuse Alto Pods and haven't gained an ounce. Thanks a lot”

“Hola, para mi es muy buena compañía, pero estoy teniendo problemas con la USPS , Edia 22 de Enero hice una orden de una sola cajita de refil de aceite de jull y la USPS desde ese día me dice que llega el 26...y así siguen cambiando la fecha, y no he recibo mi paquete y lo nesecito, ya mañana tengo que hacerles otro pedido y todavía no he recibido el anterior..por fa ayúdenme...Gracias yo estoy muy feliz con ustedes Gracias”
