“I am trying to place another order. I have all the correct information in front of me but I keep getting message after message that something Is not correct. I have never had this happen to me before. I have answered 8 robot questions and I am just tired of the BS. My email or my password have not changed. I will not do a rating because I am way too upset.”

“This is the second order from you, but for some reason the refill pods are leaking...I filled them just like I always have but they are leaking all over the inside. I clean it out and it fills up again. I've checked the stoppers and they are tight. What am I doing wrong? Or could it be defective pods? Help please.”

“I haven't received my order since ordering it on February 13th. I ordered something 4 days later and received that in a few days. I try to get the help desk and that's useless. Wheres my stuff!! Never had this problem before.”
