“If something is wrong with whatever you order whether its your fault or there's they go out of their way to make it right. They gave me a credit for a vape that I had for 6 months or so that broke. They didn't even know for sure that it was actually broken but they gave me the credit anyway and before I even mailed out the broken one! Not many companies would do that. They were on my shit list but they definitely redeemed themselves!!! Thank you Electric Tobacconist!!”

“Ordered some prefilled pods, that maybe had gotten passed the manufacture's quality control. Long story short, got in touch with the folks here at Electrictobacconist, through their Help portal. After describing and sending pictures of the pods, they offered a refund. Great folks here. I really thought I was stuck with a some really bad pods. And thought I had just thrown away the Money. Love doing business with a company that stands behind their word. Thank you Electrictobacconist. Grateful Customer, I am.”
