“Fantastic service! They always put the customer first. I had a problem with an address on an order and they fixed it within hours of making the order. Absolute joy to work with, speedy replies and caring people. Definitely a reason why I keep coming back to Electric Tobacconist.”

“Electric Tobacconist is the best. Wide variety of products, so you will find just the type of vaping product that suites you. The shipping is super fast. (A little slower because of this pandemic, but that is to be expected.). Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. :)”

“Even though my order wasn't shipped until a week after I submitted it, I completely understand with everything going on! My advice though, don't pay for a faster shipping method, it won't make a difference, so there's money wasted.”

“COVID used as excuse for really slow processing and shipping. I received orders from two other websites even though I ordered 3 and 4 days after ordering from Electronic Tobacconist WITH free priority shipping. Better deal for sure and you wait forever to get your order. Customer service was responsive but I’ve received lots of online orders that are a little delayed...not like ET, though. Really didn’t like the constant COVID excuse. If you can’t handle orders, they should have shut down the site earlier to be fair to people who already ordered. Selection is good and I like that they do PayPal. Unless desperate or in search of something in particular, probably will go elsewhere for my vape supplies. One vape bottle had clearly been crushed. I thin bubble envelope with one layer of thing bubble wrap isnt very protective shipping wise. Customer service is very nice, but that’s just not enough in this day and age.”

“When I was actually able to get on the website and order, it was great. Good product and pretty fast delivery. With COVID 19 I waited for ~35 to get on the site and when it was my turn was kicked off and sent to the end of the line again. So I'm pretty upset about that. The website obviously wasn't prepared for that many people trying to view it.”
