“This is the only store I'll order vape materials from. Not only because of price, selection, and fast shipping, but because the customer service is impeccable. Any problem I've had was handled immediately even though it was the maker's fault, not ET's. My first order contained a defective mod device, and they handled it promptly. My third order contained some defective bottles (manufacturing problem), and the CS rep was completely honest and totally helpful fixing it (shout out to Shea!). Just buy here. You'll be glad you did.”
