“The only site I will use. If you accidentally order a wrong item you dont even have to cancel your order. Just submit a ticket and they will take it off or replace it with something else. no canceling transactions nothing. Good customer service. Fast deliveries and I mean very fast. If I have to pay excise tax to have a site that has the best customer service, best pods always in stock, the best damn tobacco nic salt "dry tobacco". Then hell yeah I will. Thank You ET!!”

“I ordered some a juice from you on 17 January and you still not have sent it stating you have problems with the mail service and shortage of people. Your rating is very .I can't even submit a ticket it won't go through and you have no phone number for people to call this is disgusting”

“The company is five stars, The product is 3 to 4 stars. Getting help for defective products is a little slow. Have Had some pods not work and some have burnt taste. The pods that don't work I complain and they send me new one. The burnt taste pods are all most empty so I throw those away. The battery pack is 50/50 that they work at all. But they are only $1 so I don't complain. Out of 12 battery packs I still have 4, They die off like fly's or not hold charge very long.”

“Excellent turnaround time. Great selection. Unfortunately prices have jumped due to the tarrifs imposed by the previous administration. Also unfortunate is the state where I live doesn't allow discounts. But service and a availability of product isore important.”
