“I am a first time customer. Despite the fact that we are in the midst of a pandemic ETUSA did a great job of processing my order ASAP which was received in a timely manner. No problems with the web site, navigating and finding what I required. After my order was placed I received emails updating the status of my order, nice touch. “I have been trying to get on your site to place an order for the past 4 days. Every time I am put into a que and I wait. When I finally get to be 1 it put me back into the que! I have ordered from you for a while and I am very frustrated.”

“My first order was made at the worst possible time for Electric Tobacconist USA (ET). I was very impressed with the pricing and the item selection and ordered 2 pod devices as I wanted a backup. I had read the reviews about the quick service ET provides. But my order hit right at a time when ET was overwhelmed due to the COVID19 shutdown. It took longer than expected to receive my order but believe this was not the norm and feel it is unfair to rate them based on this experience. I received a shipping notice right away but it now appears that ET sends a shipped notice when the order is actually entered into queue for pick and pack and only a shipping label was produced. I believe ET should review this process and instead of sending "shipped" notice, they should actually send "processing" notice. So, at this point, I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and awarding 5 stars. I trust their shipment days was totally due to the pandemic.”

“It took a little bit of time to get to us. However, they did give us warning ahead of time that the shipping was going to be later due to the increased capacity of the USPS. Hopefully next time will be much quicker.”

“I find pricing and selection to be first rate. Delivery and ordering is straight forward and shipping is usually very quick. Due to the coronavirus, shipping was delayed but they kept me advised and the items arrived in excellent condition. I have ordered both mods, tanks and supplies from them. There response on email to inquiries are on target, prompt and always oriented to supplying the best customer service possible”

“Great customer service!! I received a Mod device with a faulty battery. Within the day of receiving I contacted customer service who provided me with many helpful tricks to attempt working the device. After those failed, I was give. A return label to send back the device and a store credit to purchase a new one. I had a replacement device in days.”
