We're unable to determine why others would not charge this tax, however, we follow all federal, state, and local laws. We apologize for the delay in your order as well. It was shipped out same-day, however, USPS is still experiencing some severe delays that are affecting packages across the country. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

“The service is really good, quality products at way better prices than the local smoke shop. Their shipping is more reasonable than the mark-up at a store, and until the postal service lost it's mind it got there fast (hopefully they will get it together again soon) but that's not ET USA's fault anyway. Only improvement I can suggest is making the little rubber plugs for the refillable pods a color instead of clear bcoz when you drop them they are awfully hard to find lol”
