“They are very good as once my boulder was a little over a few months old and it stopped working. I called and was first told it is out of warranty but after a supervisor was alerted I was sent a new one. I was very happy as I am a loyal customer and they did the right thing.”

All orders are shipping out same-day if they are placed before 2:00 PM MST and any orders placed after that cut-off time are shipped out the following business day. USPS has been experiencing some severe delays due to an influx of packages and their social distancing efforts. We are hoping for these delays to be resolved soon, however, we do offer UPS Ground shipping as an alternative.

We are very sorry for USPS's current delays. We are hoping these delays are resolved soon, however, we do offer UPS Ground shipping as well in the meantime.
