“As a new customer, you are always Leary of doing business with a new company. I submitted a test order, it arrived earlier than stated on my order confirmation. Vapes were exactly as I expected. Several orders in, I received a Defective Disposable E-Cig, I guess on manufacturer's Side. I emailed Electric Tobacconist, no hesitation, they immediately replaced the ENTIRE Order, and Sent it Overnight priority Express, I received it the Next Day. Very Impressive to say the least. Other sites, I had to battle and battle. Very happy I found a trusted site who stands by their products. I never write reviews, but felt they deserved it after correcting my order no stress about it. FYI Every other order has been in perfect shape, I guess was on manufacturer end. Thanks Guys. Lenny Long Island NY”
