“Amazing service every time. Fastest delivery; never any issues with product. Site is easy to navigate, and the implementation of an orderly ordering system with a "line" during back-ups due to the coronavirus was highly impressive. Well handled! I will always shop here! Love this site!”

“Service was OK. Speed of delivery was a bit slow. They were not clear about pricing - specifically as relates to NJ. It seems that no sales apply in NJ but the site never pointed that out. They said I could send it back. Still waiting for refund a week later.”

“My wife and I are very grateful to the Electric Tobacconist website! We had ordered on the BluCigs website for years and that site just does not work and their customer service is horrendous. The E.T. website is easy to browse, the ordering process is simple and efficient, you have the safety of Paypal and you can watch your order track across the country. We are both very, very pleased.”
