“ET is great! They have a really nice selection of hardware and liquids, the site is easy to navigate, and the shipping timeframe was excellent. The only thing is I wish they offered more eliquid brands that are certified by the AEMSA to be USA sourced. Despite that, I highly recommend purchasing from ET.”

“At first I was worried and mad because my ID do not process and it was very stressful because I spend a lot of time, then the shipping was good, also you answer my emails quickly, and the product was good and close, so in conclusion my experience was good.”

“It’s difficult to change from one business to another but it’s been a fairly decent crossover. I had an issue with an order, customer service was helpful in telling me how to return what I received. Now I’m just waiting to see how quick I get a credit on my charge card. I would prefer to speak with a representative versus emailing back-and-forth.”

“Great selection of products and availability. Website design and functionality is great also. Standard shipping takes slightly longer then I would hope for, but because it is free I cannot complain to much. Priority shipping for only $2.99 extra is fair. Will continue to use Electric Tobacconist for these reasons.”
