“It’s difficult to change from one business to another but it’s been a fairly decent crossover. I had an issue with an order, customer service was helpful in telling me how to return what I received. Now I’m just waiting to see how quick I get a credit on my charge card. I would prefer to speak with a representative versus emailing back-and-forth.”

“Great selection of products and availability. Website design and functionality is great also. Standard shipping takes slightly longer then I would hope for, but because it is free I cannot complain to much. Priority shipping for only $2.99 extra is fair. Will continue to use Electric Tobacconist for these reasons.”
