“Great company, and they take accountability for any problems they run into, unlike most online shopping companies smh. My first order I had a lil issue with the delay in delivery, but they’re customer service assured me everything was legit and my order will be delivered soon, 3 days later I got my stuff! customer service is really cool, Best prices online, merchandise is on point, and fast delivery. I just made a 2nd order, it delivered in 2 days. I definitely recommend Electronic tobacconist for vaping supplies. Other companies are over priced, slow delivery process, and don’t value their customers. I give Electronic tobacconist 5 stars!”

“I am so disappointed in the customer service of this company and the fact that I’ve thrown nearly a hundred dollars down the drain in the process of working with you. My initial order was placed on 4/4, and was marked as delivered on 4/15. I sent in a complaint about not receiving my order on 4/16, and again after hearing nothing back on 4/21. Again I feel as if I am being brushed under the rug with no communication. I understand the world is crazy right now but if you can not keep up with basic customer service, you need to not be open right now.”

“Almost two weeks to receive my order . They said it was because of the shutdown. I ended up ordering from good Guy vapes A week after I placed my order with electric tobacconist and still got good Guys order three days before the one I ordered two weeks before. You can’t blame a crisis if everyone else is keeping their word on delivery times. I would rather pay more for someone that keeps their word . The biggest issue I had was I received a tracking number and you can tell the problem was they literally waited 11 days to ship it. There was no email or anything. It was basically yeah we took $60 of your money and now you are gonna get your stuff when we feel like it. I couldn’t even get on the website to cancel my order otherwise I would have. I never bash companies but this pisses me off.”

“Y’all are awesome! It took a while to be able to place my first order because my I.d. But it makes me feel good that you care not to just pass it off and say well that’s good enough.. you wanted solid proof that’s awesome! I didn’t ever get my discount for being a new customer but did get a couple 10% off discount codes. Just wish they would work even when you get free product within the store. That, I don’t get since it’s the other company’s mark off and not yours”

“First orders cheap and fast. After that it goes down hill. This last order took 17 days to get to my house. Use every excuse you want that is way way too long. Their web site normally works, but now it takes 10 minutes just to log in. They also have no phone number to reach them and their email contact doesn’t even work. I’ll go back to buying local after this.”

“Although the pandemic is slowing things down a bit, ET still has excellent service. Any emails sent are replied to posthaste and my orders are perfect. The prices are great and the products are exactly as described. And I love their website - super simple to navigate and the filters make it easy to find exactly what you're looking for.
