“I dont get it. I ordered the faster shipping thru FedEx, it cost as much as my order. yet it took longer than the flat rate USPS delivery to arrive by at least three days. It may be more the fault of FedEx but I think ET must know how these things go so that's why only 3 stars this time, I think ET must know this and should say something on the site, even subject to FedEx rules of delivery, just some kind of warning. Other than that I have always been very satisfied with Electric Tobacconist - but will never try to speed up my delivery again!”

“I have placed several orders in the past and received all the correct packages & in a timely manner. To make my most recent order I waited in a que of over 1,000 people and waited TWO HOURS to get in the site...i was disappointed about this but my order was processed and sent to USPS the next day! The wait was WORTH IT. Thank you for processing my order in a timely fashion. Now, I’ll have to wait for USPS to deliver it in this mess...but it’s not this company’s fault.”

“I have ordered a couple of times, received the products no issues. My last order the battier on my new devise is no good, I am waiting for the replacement. The customer service was on it right away. So when I receive the replacement I will let you know how I like it.”

“I ordered 2 bottles of salty man blues lemonade salt nics it’s the same flavor I buy all the time, got the bottles and the fluid is brown instead of clear, thought that was weird but I’ll try it, put it in my tank and it tastes horrid!! It’s old! Both bottles are not useable! Going to throw them away! I wouldn’t buy from these guys again if there selling old fluid! Gross!”

Additionally, when juices are allowed to steep longer, this provides a more robust flavor and usually a deeper color for the liquid. “Before my last order I would have rated this company as excellent but my last order said it was shipped although it wasn't for a almost a week with no updates. Next I went to order more product and was placed in a que which is fine i get it but 2 separate times i wait 35 plus minutes to get access and Both times when I was 1 out of 1000+ it would restart my spot, because of this I have stopped using your company for now”

“Electric Tobacconist has such a wide variety of products to choose from ensuring that you will find what best suits you. The online vape shop does an amazing job at maintaining inventory stock and I just absolutely love the ability to be notified for when a product is restocked. The company's friendly customer support is impeccable always providing rapid response within the 4 hour window as advertised. My local vape shops seem to let their employees set the prices as it appears to be based off of who happens to be working when you drop by. Hands down the best online vape shop! See for yourself.”

“As a recent convert to the vape life, I was not entirely aware of the variety of products out there. Electric Tobacconist not only showed me a multitude of unique items, but their website is easy to navigate, the detailed descriptions of products are easy to decipher (especially since I am new to vaping) and they have a super wide and affordable variety of products that my local vape shop does not consistently carry or offer. Even better, I live with multiple people who vape, and I was able to purchase multiple items that satisfied all my roommates needs in one easy order. Highly recommend and plan to continue shopping with them in the future.”
