“I am a happy customer, I really feel I get my money's worth when buying my Leap pods from Electronic Tobacconist USA. I always buy their deal of the 10 packs when I order. Its very reasonable price and keeps me vaping and coming back for more. They do work with you as well, I had 1 issue and it was taken care of fast. Thank you So much.”

“These are the closest I've found to the real thing. I may be addicted to them..but...I have not had bronchitis for 3 years..and when I was smoking cigarettes I had it 2-3 times a year. Thank you for a great product!”

“Unfortunately I received 2 battery for Fin e cigarettes...they worked for 5 days and now are useless, there is no way to direct contact Electric Tobacconist to have it correct and resolved, I guess I have to write this expense off”

“I had a garbled(slide keyboard use) problem that customer service understood part of and addressed the next open day. (I wrote them after hours). They're replacing the product with a credit and I am happy with that. Let's hope it was a manufacturing flaw. I have doubts that I got a bad batch of pods but that would not be about the customer service I received from ET. I believe it is a design flaw with perhaps a bit of manufacturing issues thrown in. When I use my credit and out probably happens again I will contact ET with a new support ticket that I believe they have the power to address with manufacturer in my behalf. Thank you ET for figuring out part of my issue.”
