“I enjoy the ease of ordering these online. However sometimes they arrive an the juice has seeped out of the cartridge and it would be great to get a coupon as I order from you regularly.”

“Everytime I order from Electrictobacconist I never get my package on time. I’ve been using this service for about a year now and never get my stuff on time it will either be 2 or 3 days late or sometimes even up to 5 to a week late I think I’m going to start ordering from somewhere else because everyone gets supposed fast shipping but I can’t even get mine on time.”

We are very sorry to hear some of your orders haven't arrived on time. USPS does experience some delays from time to time, however, if you reach out to us we're always happy to help ensure you receive your package and are compensated for any additional shipping costs. We also now offer UPS shipping which we have found to be more consistent. Thank you for your feedback!
