“I have used your company for about two years and have always been satisfied but my latest order, shipped on 11/19 has still not arrived and cannot be tracked. I submitted a ticket on 11/28 and was told I had to wait 10 business days. I resubmitted again on 12/3 and was told I had to wait 15 business days which will be 12/10. I will resubmit on that date but I think it’s very unfair and poor business practice to make a customer wait almost a month for products they ordered. I believe you should rethink your company policy on items that were not received. Thank you for your attention to this matter.”

“I love this juice it taste great and doesn't leave a bad after taste and hits smooth.. my last order I ordered 3 bottles and one of them was leaking and made a mess so some was missing out of it other than that I love this juice and brand”

“I bought a Suoir a year ago and it's still working great, I looked all over to buy another and I could not find one any where, I did find one on Electric Tobacconist. I'm so glad I did every other vape shops shows it's a discontinued item, I have extra pods from about 6 months back. So I'm good for for a good 6 months with my new Suoir pod.”

“Simply, I purchased originally from you because of your prices. Now you have drastically upped your prices and along with this excise tax, it is becoming the same as the brick and mortar stores. You will probably lose me as a customer once I find an alternative.”
