My first order was great my secong order the wrong item was sent I am still waiting on my refund of $214, once I get that my review will change

I ordered N-Joy vapes on 20th and tracking ling does not work in email. I hope I didn’t get taken for granted.

I don’t know why they won’t ship to Louisiana anymore I have order them previously with no problem now all of a sudden they won’t deliver I have tried the juuls but I can’t do those they give me a headache so I wish they would get the myblu back on track

Hi Patricia, We are at the mercy of our carriers on this. We cannot use USPS, UPS or FedEx so we can only ship where our carrier network can reach. I love EC - what I DONT love is how long it takes to receive orders!! I've been waiting 14 days for my current order!! I pay a fortune for shipping and expect it to arrive in a reasonable time & there's literally no way to contact the delivery company. Do better!!

Hi Debra, Sorry your orders have not been arriving in a timely manner. Our shipping partner is gradually finding ways to reduce time in transit and we're confident that over the next few months this time will noticeably reduce. In the meantime, we recommend ordering higher amounts so you're not so exposed to shipping times. This will also reduce shipping costs as I see many of your orders are very close to the $100 shipping threshold which would reduce shipping cost from $11.99 to $3.99. Kind regards, Louis ET Team

Hi Debby, We are working to get better pricing on VUSE, but other VUSE sellers have ceased selling online for now, presumably because it is prohibitively expensive to send items via the mail since the PACT Act. I ordered from you on April 8 as the product I use is not available in my area. I actually received my order May 3, so almost a month. Will have to keep this in mind next order.

I have had at least 10 pods that haven’t worked, though I like the taste very much I’m skeptical about purchasing more. That’s 5 boxes at $15 each, that’s $75 I have lost. Same with the disposables, for every 40 I purchase at least 4 are no good, that’s a 10% loss, again skeptical about purchasing more. Pluse the time from purchase to delivery is ridiculously long. And don’t get me started on the taxes. No coupons or discounts are ever available.

The shipping is two plus weeks, so almost as soon as you receive your order, you will need to order again. The packaging and product are excelkent.

Product was fine but shipping was a little slow. Also, Electronic Tobacconist requires a signature upon delivery while most other companies do not.

I enjoy the NJoy products very much but unfortunately, Electric Tobacconist can't ship to my house. For over 6 months I must have my shipments sent to my sister's house who lives 8 miles away. They can deliver to her address but not my address and we live in the exact same city!!! Does not make sense. Don't understand why they can't come up with a solution to fix this. I hate bothering her that she MUST be home to accept my deliveries.

Hi Shari, unfortunately, we are unable to dictate the regions that our final mile carriers can access. Since we are using an independent courier in compliance with the PACT Act legislation, they do not have the bandwidth to access all areas of the United States. While they are working to expand their coverage, it may take a bit more time for them to find the manpower to do so. I have the same exact problem as Ron B and I ordered on 11/4 the carrier comes when they want which is always when I'm at work but I'm I'm off they never come.

ET seems to work fairly well, the Standard Regional Carrier delivers when they feel like it. Ordered on 11/12, it is 12/1, still nothing.
