“I'm a loyal customer!! I order Christmas gift for my daughter on 11/26/2020. Received my normal email that my order was shipped on 11/28/2020 ! Never received my order!! I have sent several claims regarding this issue. I even contacted United Delivery Service, who reports they never received the order and I should contact OneLiveX!! This is a JOKE right??? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! Now My daughter has nothing for Christmas!!! I really cant believe this!!!”

“I ordered on 11/26 and I got an email on 11/28 stating that my package was shipped. I later got an email on 12/2 stating that my package was to be delivered the following Wednesday. I haven’t gotten any updates since then. Now I checked and it says my package is stuck in woodridge Illinois and it is delayed that I should reach out to onelivex about my package. I called their phone number and they said that I need to email fashion nova escalations and onelivex support which I did and have still not gotten any response. Fashion Nova get it together or you will lose many customers. My hubby also ordered and his purchase was delayed as well. Resend packages if they are lost.”

“I ordered 3 weeks ago and still don’t have an explanation for where my package is. I ordered this with enough time before moving. Now I don’t know when I will receive my items, they take your money and send standard template messages when you open a case. Refund me or ship my items. Never ordering from them again.”

“I order from Fashion Nova weekly and I’ve never encountered the issues I am having now with shipping. My orders have been delayed in Woodridge, IL for weeks now. I have emailed UDS tracking whom stayed they don’t have the package and to contact Fashion Nova. I contacted Fashion Nova and I got a generic message about their shipping policies. I won’t be ordering from Fashion Nova anymore if they can’t get their shipping issues together. This is ridiculous it’s been over 3 weeks and I don’t have my items. I also paid for expedited shipping which was a waste of money. This is truly unacceptable!!!!!”

“You guys sucks I’m never gonna buy from you. My order was supposed to arrive December 8 . Its stuck in Woodridge, IL. I wish you were honest and just say my order will be delayed then lying . Nova help sucks . I’m so disappointed. I’ve been buying from you guys for years. Never again. You get zero stars for terrible customer service!!!”

“I ordered jeans on the 5th of November and I still havent got them 6 weeks later. I've contacted them, they have said it's coming and gave me an expired code for my next order. I have tried multiple times emailing them but no more replies.”

“Very disappointed! I shop from fashionnova many times before and never had an issue. However, this holiday season I checked out on Nov 27th ($250) and it’s now 12/14. I still have no package. Preprinting shipping labels and providing false tracking information is a serious let down! I would have been completely happy with a email stating that shipment would be delayed. I was worried for days about a missing package and reached out to fashion nova help twice. I finally called the Carrier who informed me that they never received my package & I was the 100293 call about fashionnova to their facility. Fashionnova - you owe customers a serious apology for the inconvenience.”

“I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered for cyber Monday sale. Order said shipped but for some reason stuck in Woodridge,IL since December 7. I have contacted them and no reply for a week now.”

“I placed an order a few weeks ago in November. Not only my package is late but the worst thing is they have put an incorrect number in my address. I will NEVER buy from FN again. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else. I still don’t know what is going to happen with my package.”

“Like others, I placed an order at the end of November and also paid extra for expedited shipping because I had an event I needed a dress for this week. Since December 9th, the tracking service says my package has been in Orlando. It was supposed to be delivered on December 9th. I have sent three emails within the last week and still no response from FashionNova.”

“I placed my order on Black Friday paid over $150 worth of merchandise and never received it. The UDD website says The shipment information has been sent to UDS. The status will update when UDS receives the package. I can’t call fashion nova and when I chat with them they referred me back to USD. I’m so upset it’s my Christmas presents. And they surely too my money already. I’m about to file a claim with PayPal. I don’t want no credit.”

“This is the 1st time I’ve ever had an issue ordering from fashion nova. I placed 3 orders one on Black Friday, cyber Monday, and one a few days later. I received my Black Friday order and few days ago. The cyber Monday order is saying it’s delayed and uds has not received my order. The last order is still saying ready to ship. I’ve contacted them and still no response. The outfits I have are Christmas gifts and I would like them before Christmas. This will definitely be my last time ordering from them. This is ridiculous. They shouldn’t have sales if they can’t properly ship items out.”

“Wow, here I thought it was just happening to me. I placed an order at the end of November and there haven't been any updates. It's been stuck in Elizabeth, NJ . There are not returning emails and when by chance I got to talk to someone on their online chat, they tell me to wait an additional seven days when it's been way over the delivery date. They also use Covid as an excuse. I've ordered from other places and haven't had this issue. Their phone line is not working as well. Please fix this. I'm really stressed and disappointed as well.”
