“It’s been almost a month and my order hasn’t even been shipped, I don’t care if I get my package or not but I want my money back. All these people who didn’t get there stuff are literally being robbed by fashionnova and nothing is being done. All their customer service is an automatic monitor so we get 0 help. What are we supposed to do cuz now it’s just annoying.”

“I will never order from Fashion Nova again. I returned items November 16th and got a tracking number from the USPS and Fashion Nova has yet to pick up the return. I also order stuff on Black Friday and was told to contact OneliveX and can't get a hold of them I live 1 mile from UDS and went to there corporate offices and was told even if they were to get our packages we wouldn't see them until after the New Year. I sat and waited for the online chat on Fashion Nova and they told me to just wait its their policy. Everyone on here needs to report a consumer fraud report. Not the BBB only. I also love of you go on their website now it claims shipping before Christmas if you order now. It will not let me post the pictures I have from the conversation I had today which sucks.”

“I Understand holidays become hectic, but what I don't understand is how you can accept an order and no be able to fulfill them! Items were ordered a month ago but yet still cant be delivered not to mention Fashion Nova absurd policy of only giving store credit on refunds as if one wants to again shop from somewhere that doesn't keep up with their deliveries.”

“I ordered my boyfriend a vacation wardrobe from Fashionnova. My boyfriend has cancer and I wanted to make this trip special for him. I ordered these items in November. We leave on our vacation in two days and I still have not received any packages. It has been sitting in woodridge il for a week. Is there any way I can pick it up myself from Woodridge???? Please help”

“Placed order on 11/27/20, original delivery date was 12/5, today is 12/17/20 and still have not received order. Placed 2 queries on FN website for FN to investigate why I never received and no response to either. Did FN go under and decide to take peoples money and not fill orders? I received email with a supposed tracking number which does not correlate to any shipping companies. Then came across this website which shows I'm not the only person being screwed by FN. Filed complaint with my bank and BBB to investigate FN. Shame, my previous orders had no issues”

“My order was supposed to be here on December 14th 2020 and it's the 17th & still no package I spent alot of $$$ on this package and this was my 1st time ordering well I'm not happy with this company at all and I been messing them these last 3 days NOONE not 1 person got back 2 me I feel this is a SCAM SCAM SCAM”

“Horrible shipping, never received packages and only given gift card for price of SOME of the items not taxes & shipping cost. NO help from customer service after over a month of waiting. Run around to find packages and lies about covid hold up when items were never shipped out!!”

“I ordered from this company on 11/26/2020. My packages are stuck in woodridge,il. Onelivex is unreachable. However, I contacted United Delivery Services who actually is the delivering company, said, they received the shipping label, but don't have my package. Fashion Nova needs to be clear on Onelivex don't handle our packages, but united delivery services do if your tracking number starts with uds. 630-930-5201 Fashion Nova is not shipping out products in a timely fashion. I will never order from this company again.”

“I would give it no stars if I could. I placed an order on 11/29 and my order continues to say ready to ship with no movement at all. They took my money right away though. I reached out go customer support and received an auto response saying orders are taking up to 48 hours longer its been almost 3 weeks. This is the last time I order with them. I hope I didn't lose my 110 dollars smfh im so annoyed...never again”

“HORRIBLE SHIPPING EXPERIENCE. Ordered from fashion nova TWO MONTHS AGO. I like a lot of others am waiting on my package from Woodbridge, IL (10 mins away from me) at this point I’ve been out in circles between onelivex, UDS, and fashion nova. This is a horrible first experience and I will never order from FN again. I’m reporting onelivex to the BBB they need to be shut DOWN”

“I’m having the same problem as everyone else so I follow the steps of UDS and one live to which both did not provide me with info. I emailed fashion novas team and without a response yet , I was emailed 10 minutes later an apology email saying fashion nova is largely behind on orders and trying to get packages by December 24th and they’ve sent me a promotional Gift card. This is ridiculous.. I’m supposed to have Christmas gifts for loved ones not sum gift card I’m too scared to even use now cause of shipping. I needed the package this week, they’ve had plenty of time since my order date on cyber Monday . I’m a loyal customer and never encountered an issue until now , SWEET right in time for the holidays ;), would absolutely love a refund . Try explaining to your loved ones you got them a gift that you don’t even have for them. Won’t be shopping there any time soon.”

“ITS NOT STUCK ANYWHERE!!! FASHION NOVA ADDED THE TRACKING INFO THEMSELVES!!! THEYRE SCAMMING. I CONTACTED LASERSHIP AND THEY SAID THE LABEL WAS CREATED BUT NOTHING!!!! HAS GOTTEN TO THEM FROM THEM HOWEVER IN FN TRACKING IT SAYS MY PACKAGE IS IN KNOXVILLE, TN. LIES!!!! THIS IS HORRIBLE, NO TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!”

“Per tracking info claiming my package in Elizabeth, NJ. For the past 2 weeks. I think we all need to contact the better business bureau and file a complaint. Just found out FN was fined 9 million plus for inappropriate and questionable behavior and was given advice to ship customer order in a timely manner..GOOGLE FASHIONOVA FINE ANF READ THE ARTICLE..”
