“Purchase was made online and received the most awkward fitting clothes ever. I mailed some items back for a store credit. I never was emailed a store credit. I went to the Better Business Bureau and their response was I used their credit. I am so furious they are thieves please don't shop here.”

“I place an order for over $200.00 for Black Friday. My package was scheduled to be delivered on 12/8/20. Instead, my package has been stuck in Woodridge, Illinois since December 7 th. No update. I have email over 20 times, all i get is generic emails and a gift card. I want my order those are Christmas gifts. I will never order from fashionova again. Very unprofessional. There’s is no way to talk anyone only email. Today is 12/22/20 and no update still stuck!”

“Man go spend your money elsewhere. I have 4 orders with them and two of them since Dec 3rd which was supposed to deliver on Friday Dec 18 and I’m still waiting for them. They’re using Lasership and that company have bad reputation regarding people packages. I even paid extra just to have them deliver early and now here I am worrying about my stuff😭”

“I ordered my package on November 30 and my package has been sitting in Woodridge since December 14. After being on the hold for 5 hours, the person gave me this number for onelivex. It is 1(512)-371-6924, but I got no response.”

“I ordered over $100 worth of items November 30th and here it is December 21st and no order no update yet in my account status says fulfilled😡 customer care is a joke no number to call no updates and they promised 9-12days for shipment and it's now well over that time. This order included Christmas presents . Cant says if I'll ever order from them again I'm soooooo disappointed”

“Fashion Nova is really ridiculous! I WOULD NOT give them even one star! I can't believe I have the same experience as others on here. I ordered several items from their Cyber Monday Sale after Thanksgiving to get it by Christmas, hopefully to give as gifts. It is 12/21/20 today and my package has been sitting in Woodridge, IL for several weeks "SUPPOSEDLY"! I live in Chicago, IL...what is the problem here!? I tried to look for a contact number to OneliveX is who their shipping carrier and no number to be found! I am very furious! I want a refund! I will never ever order from them! Very untrustworthy company. DO NOT ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA!”

“I ordered stuff worth $800, two weeks ago on their cyber Monday and I have not received an order number, or a tracking number. No way to reach them. I paid for 2 days delivery and till now I have not got nothing. This is a real scam FN ☹️”

“Same experience here: ordered over a month ago and still nothing. Everyone who has had a delayed order or scammed order from fashion nova should file their complaint with the better business bureau (type "bbb" dot org) . FN seems to be more generous with their replies there. No bot-generated emails. The bbb complaints can also be used as additional evidence that FN has not stuck to their words of improving their shipping and refund policies, as ruled by the judge (they have an open case on this, please google). That business needs to be shut down fr. They're scamming people with fraudulent shipping claims and charging for expedited shipping knowing full well they're swamped with orders. And no cancellation option on orders? And you have to hunt them down for a full refund not a store credit! Never buying there again!”

“I ordered on 11/26 and have not received my order. I have called, emailed and no real response. My order was supposed to be here on 12/8. It was stuck in NJ and now it’s in MD since 12/17. I try to track it but the USPS said they are waiting for the package. That’s the last time I order from this store! It’s so disappointing and annoying. I just want the stuff I paid for. If they are having issues with packages then maybe they should shut the site down, until they fix the issue! Or at least warn people.... “hey if you order from us, there is a good chance we will take your money and not deliver your order”.”

I called the shipping facility and they said that they don’t have my order and that it’s in the sorting center or something.
