Holiday season packages per usual, ordered day before black friday and the day of (nov 26 and 27) and one is stuck in woodridge another is still “preparing to be shipped” and another is still waiting on UDS?? Im livid af and on top of that they got BOTH of my winter coats this is ridiculous

I placed an order at the end of Nov. and still haven't received it. When I track it it says "exception" and has been stuck in Woodridge, IL since Dec. 11th. They are Christmas gifts, I just want my money back at this point. How do I go about this?

I ordered on 11-25-20 and I haven't received my items, I'm so disappointed no customer service number no information available, I will never order with Fashion nova again.

I order $150 worth of clothes November 27, it’s December 14 and still no movement from Fashion Nova even though the estimated delivery date was December 4.. their website says if you order by December 19 your package will come by Christmas yet I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks and the package hasn’t even been sent out.

On 11/30/20 a $247.00 order was placed on the Fashion Nova website with my debit card. I received tracking information stating that the package was being shipped out that was 11 days ago As of today, 12/14/20, I have still not received my items that were purchased on 11/30/20, or a updated tracking# when checking the status on the website it say items waiting to be shipped. phone line not working. as if they closed down for business in general. 3 cases opened for my same delivery that i still didn't get a update on. horrible service.

I ordered stuff from fashion nova in November. They had a sale and sent an email saying it might take a while to get my items but I received another email saying it would be delivered on time and the next day. This was dec. 1. But since then it has been in Lombard il then now in woodridge il. And after I contacted them they changed it to "exception". They said contact onelivex and I did and called uds and they haven't received anything from fashion nova yet. At first I thought it was the delivery service as it doesn't have a good reputation but after seeing other people's complaints I'm sure it's fashion nova. What sucks the most is that were my package is it's literally 20 minutes from me! I know I won't be ordering from them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed my order on 11/27, and just like many other reviews, I have yet to receive my package, and nobody can tell me where it is. I’m being bounced around from FN, to onelive, by ONLY emails, and still no solid response. There is no customer service reps available to speak to at either company! It’s unbelievable that so many people are going through the same unfortunate situation, yet FN is doing nothing to rectify the problem! It has been almost 3 weeks, no package, and no answers! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I ordered on November 29th. It is now December 14th and still no items! When I check the tracking info it says, "Exception - Delivery date information will be available once details are provided by the carrier. Your package has been delayed and is not yet with UDS. Please contact OneliveX for any questions. Woodridge, IL." My items have been sitting in Woodridge IL since December 8th! When I contacted Fashion Nova I received a generic response about Black Friday and Cyber Monday. When a company gives a shipment timeline they should stick to it! A one or two day delay during the holiday season, perhaps. But this is ridiculous! And the fact that their phone lines are no longer open says a lot. I just found out about a civil suit they are involved in on this same topic. -Fashion Nova Will Pay $9.3 Million for Consumer Refunds To Settle FTC Charges It Violated Rules On Shipping, Refunds April 21, 2020- I would like what I paid for. Do Better!

What's really going on? I placed an order on 11/28 and have yet to receive it. It's been saying that my package is delayed in Woodrige Il since 12/8. The courier hasn't received it yet and I'm currently waiting on a response back from FN regarding this UNFORTUNATE situation. I hope FN rectifies this situation for myself and others who are having the same issue. This is not good on so many levels. I'm a loyal customer and it bothers me to think that this can just go on with no solution and or accommodation for the customers affected.

I ordered Nov 26th and my package has been in No Elizabeth for weeks. This store is a scam!!! They text you everyday on sales but can’t even handle all the missing packages everyone has been waiting on. It is now Dec 14 and still no packages.

On 11/26/20 a $171.61 order was placed on the Fashion Nova website with my debit card. I received tracking information stating that the package would be received on 12/8/20. As of today, 12/14/20, I have still not received my items that were purchased on 11/26/20, over two weeks ago. According to the Federal Trade Commission, Fashion Nova recently lost a legal battle in which the judge ordered the company the following: "The settlement prohibits Fashion Nova from any further violations of the Mail Order Rule, and requires the company to ship ordered merchandise within one day of receipt of an order when the company doesn't specify a shipping date." Based on the preceding information, Fashion Nova is again in violation of the judge ordered settlement. I have not been contacted regarding my "missing"/"lost" packages, I have not been refunded, and I have not been assisted in any way regarding the $171.61 order that was placed, paid for, and never received. The automated responses always given in lieu of actual customer service on Fashion Nova directed me to contact the shipping company, Lasership. I contacted Lasership on two separate occasions a week apart, they claim to have never received the package. The fact that I am chasing down my package and playing detective but receiving no support or consideration from Fashion Nova customer service is outrageous. At this point, I'd like an apology and the replacement of my purchases. I shop with this company every month, its a shame that they'd treat a long-term, loyal customer this way. I will not simply walk away and let $171.61 of my hard-earned money be stolen from me simply because Fashion Nova doesn't care about its customers. Another note from the judgment made against Fashion Nova was as follows: "First, the company made clear promises to consumers for years that they offer fast shipping of their products. This includes using phrases like "Fast Shipping," "2-Day Shipping," and "Expect Your Items Quick!" In fact, the company regularly failed to meet its shipping promises to consumers, and failed to meet the Mail Order Rule's requirement that consumers be notified of shipping delays and given the chance to cancel orders and receive prompt refunds." The complaint also alleges that Fashion Nova at times failed to refund consumers for the items that it did not ship. Instead, it was the company's policy to issue gift cards, which are not considered refunds under the Mail Order Rule. The company also failed to cancel orders and provide refunds when it did not offer consumers delay option notices." I placed a order on 11/26, it had been stuck in Woodridge, IL since 12/02. I have emailed Fashion Nova several times and was told to contact the carrier UDS, I contact the carrier and was told that they are still waiting on the package from Fashion Nova. I then see an update that tells me to contact OneliveX. I contact OneliveX and a rep asked for a tracking number and have not heard anything since. Me having to contact all these people to track my package down is insane. I just want my money back at this point.

Ordered clothing nov.29th is it now dec.13. Fashion nova usually ships at a decent time, but idk what is going on maybe it too hard for them to handle all the order however it’s no excuse when u have celebrities having their own line, your service should be at the top of the line. I emailed them twice no one reached out. There phone is off most likely due to the high complaints. At this point I just want my money back and I will take my money elsewhere. Fashion nova is becoming too big for the service they give
