“I spent over $250 on Christmas gifts on November 28th I yet to receive my order I just like everybody else on here my order is held in Woodridge Illinois as well I don't know what company one live x Is but it sure do not have a phone number to be contact so at this point I just want my money back as well”

“I ordered my order on 11/27 then on 11/29 I got an email saying my order will be delayed by 24-48 longer than usual. 12/2 I gotten another email stating my package has shipped and it’s on its way! On 12/7 I received an emailing stating my package will be delivered the next day on 12/8 . My package never came and when I go to track my order it says that my package has been delayed in Woodridge, IL. And to contact OneLiveX . There isn’t no number for me to contact them but I did contact fashion Nova about this on December 10th. My birthday was yesterday (12/14) and I was planning to wear what I ordered but couldn’t because it got delayed.”

“I'm a loyal customer!! I order Christmas gift for my daughter on 11/26/2020. Received my normal email that my order was shipped on 11/28/2020 ! Never received my order!! I have sent several claims regarding this issue. I even contacted United Delivery Service, who reports they never received the order and I should contact OneLiveX!! This is a JOKE right??? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! Now My daughter has nothing for Christmas!!! I really cant believe this!!!”

“I ordered on 11/26 and I got an email on 11/28 stating that my package was shipped. I later got an email on 12/2 stating that my package was to be delivered the following Wednesday. I haven’t gotten any updates since then. Now I checked and it says my package is stuck in woodridge Illinois and it is delayed that I should reach out to onelivex about my package. I called their phone number and they said that I need to email fashion nova escalations and onelivex support which I did and have still not gotten any response. Fashion Nova get it together or you will lose many customers. My hubby also ordered and his purchase was delayed as well. Resend packages if they are lost.”

Now I don’t know when I will receive my items, they take your money and send standard template messages when you open a case. Refund me or ship my items. Never ordering from them again.”

“I order from Fashion Nova weekly and I’ve never encountered the issues I am having now with shipping. My orders have been delayed in Woodridge, IL for weeks now. I have emailed UDS tracking whom stayed they don’t have the package and to contact Fashion Nova. I contacted Fashion Nova and I got a generic message about their shipping policies. I won’t be ordering from Fashion Nova anymore if they can’t get their shipping issues together. This is ridiculous it’s been over 3 weeks and I don’t have my items. I also paid for expedited shipping which was a waste of money. This is truly unacceptable!!!!!”
